Ryan Lyke appeared before a notary in Maricopa County, Arizona on October 19, 2023. The notary was named Denyse L Perez. (I know this because Ryan is attempting to sell the house at 10412 Laurel Hill Cv, Austin, Texas 78730 and is trying to clear my judgement against him.)
My name is Gunnar Ristroph. I hired Ryan Lyke in May of 2022 to do a remodel project at my house in Round Rock, Texas. He was acting as a general contractor, with subcontractors to do drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, etc. After completing some of the project and taking a deposit for the next phase, the work stopped and the excuses started. By September he had blocked my phone number. By November I had filed suit. I won a default judgement (meaning that Ryan Lyke did not show up to the trial) in April of 2023. Here are the law suits against Ryan Geoffrey Lyke and/or Lyke Industries that I know about: 3SC-22-0195 in Williamson County, Texas JP3 Gunnar Ristroph sued Ryan Lyke for $9,000 for taking deposit for remodel and not finishing the job.
