For those of you who have been following this blog you may have noticed that it was gone for a while.
Well, for some reason Ryan Lyke REALLY wanted it gone/removed from online ASAP.
Ryan Lyke paid off the original author to remove it from online.
What Ryan Lyke didn’t realize is 1) Gunnar is not the only one who knows how to make a blog and 2) I had previously copied the blog and had it saved.
Please feel free to post any info you may have on Ryan Lyke including pictures, contact info, whereabouts etc.

Our Story
My parents and I hired Ryan Geoffrey Lyke dba Lyke Industries INC in Oct of 2021 to build two new houses in Florence TX.
We signed contracts on 10-25-21 and paid our down deposits.
Ryan Lyke claimed he submitted prints to the HOA in December of 21.
He claimed he could not start construction until the HOA approved the prints.
Ryan Lyke claimed he was in constant contact with the HOA via emails, and phone calls but they had not approved the prints or the start of construction.
Finally, we contacted the HOA on 7-6-22 after hearing numerous excuses from Ryan.
The HOA claimed that not only had they not received any plans for either house, but they have never heard of Ryan Lyke or of Lyke Industries, INC.
We sent the HOA the prints for both houses and they approved them within a few days and said we could start construction.
In July of 2022 they finally started and partially cleared the lots and poured two slabs.
On 12-5-22 Ryan Lykes project manager called and stated he would not be working on the homes as Lyke Industries owed him over $100,000.00 dollars and he had not been paid anything for our two houses plus numerous other projects he had been working on for Lyke Industries, INC.
Both my parents and I tried reaching out to Ryan Lyke numerous times via phone calls, texts, and emails.
Most of which went unanswered by Ryan or we got all kind of excuses as to why he wasn't paying his project manager or moving forward with the projects.
Ryan claimed he did not have the money to purchase the windows for the houses and asked us to pay for them and he would take it off the cost of the build, which we refused. The contract was that he would supply the windows and material.
We then emailed Ryan Lyke asking for the name and contact information for the attorney that is holding all the repaid monies per the contract so that we can have the money that was pre paid returned less the amount used for the services and materials rendered.
Ryan said he did not have the money and instead used it to fund other projects which is illegal in the state of Texas.
We also asked for the invoices for all of the work performed and materials provided.
We never got a response from him so we cancelled the contact on 12-6-22.
We ended up getting a default judgment against Ryan Lyke in June 2023 and have an abstract judgement against him.
This is basically a lien that allows the judgement creditor to eventually collect the debt by potentially seizing and selling the debtor's property or garnishing their bank accounts.
Shortly after we had Ryan Luke served, several other law suites started showing up, and other people who saw our law suite online started calling and messaging me saying they too had hired Ryan Lyke/Lyke Industries and that Ryan Lyke had taken off with there money too.
After taking advantage of numerous people in Austin, Georgetown, Lago Vista area he headed down south to the Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos area and continued to take peoples money before he headed to the Dallas area and continued to take advantage of people.
Basically, we just followed the law suits.
Unfortunately, since Ryan Lyke was on the run most people were not able to have him served.
Other Law Suits Against Ryan Lyke/Lyke Industries INC.
3SC-22-0195 in Williamson County, Texas JP3
Gunnar Ristroph sued Ryan Lyke for $9,000 for taking deposit for remodel and not finishing the job. Gunnar Ristroph won a default judgement on April 3, 2023.
Dates of interaction with Ryan Lyke: May, June, July of 2022.
I was able to serve Ryan at 10412 Laurel Hill Cv Austin, Texas in November of 2022.
23-0048-C395 in Williamson County, Texas 395th Judicial District Court
Michael James, Michael John and Willa Gingolaski sued Ryan Lyke for approximately $500,000 for taking deposit to build a home and not finishing the job.
The Gingolaski family won a default judgement on June 27, 2023.
Dates of the project with Ryan Lyke and Lyke Industries: Fall of 2022.

Law suit filed in June of 2023.
Ex-girlfriend Dawn Savitz sued Ryan Lyke for charging to her American Express card and not paying her back. Current bill from that is about $275,000. She also accuses him of not making mortgage payments on the house at 10412 Laurel Hill Cv Austin, Texas.
I'm not sure if Ryan has been served in that law suit.

This is also Dawn Savitz v Ryan Lyke. I'm not sure what this is about. Filed July of 2023. Probably related to the above.

Gary and Elish Teel filed suit against Ryan Lyke and Lyke Industries in May of 2023.
It looks like Ryan has not been served, but I'm not sure.

Jason Gardner and Leslie Gardner sued Ryan Lyke and Lyke Industries for $38,560, accusing Ryan of starting a remodel project, taking deposit and then not completing the project.

Forfeit of Business
According to the Texas Comptroller, Lyke Industries (entity number 32077674052) forfeited its status for failure to pay taxes effective November 4, 2022.
Coincidentally, his fiancee at the time also forfeited her business the exact same day for failure to pay taxes too.
Ryan Lykes ex girlfriend/fiancee
Ryan Lyke ran up $275,000.00+ in credit card bills on her credit card before skipping town.
He did not show up to court and she has a judgement against Ryan Lyke, but he has yet to make any payments to her.

Might want to go through every single $276,756.53 purchase made with that card to recover any assets that both parties benefited from. A simple google search and Facebook search shows of both parties living an extravagant lifestyle. Also, I don't think that just because one party doesn't pay their half of the mortgage it automatically breaches the ownership of the property giving the other full ownership rights. The deed has nothing to do with the mortgage payments.

This lawsuit against him is just to cover her own ass. She was in on it the whole time.
If you Google Ryan Lyke- Arizona, a Facebook remodel company gets pulled up called “Innovative Handyman” Tucson, Arizona looks like the Facebook was just recently made and has a phone number- seems like it could be him but not sure. The # is 520-906-5046 but again, not sure it’s actually him. It comes up through Google search though. Just trying to help out.
I actually don’t believe that to be him, Google may have mislead.
It could be in in AZ, she said he lives in a penthouse with his new girlfriend and their unborn child. They short sold their house which is BS because they could have sold it for full price and used the proceeds to pay off some of the victims. 10412 Laurel Hill Cv Austin, TX 78730

I have contactedDateline News along with other media and putting our story out there for what it's worth. He has scammed so many people and is moving state to state. He has to be stopped!
He scammed me for almost 70k. Did work for him as a GC at a sheraton. Kept saying he was waiting for payment or payment was on its way and he would send me a few thousand dollars here and there and would ask me to do more work. So the bill kept increasing until I felt uneasy in my gut.
Ryan scammed us for over $150,000. Last I heard the Texas Rangers are looking for him. He needs to be found and thrown in jail!
Rough Timeline - Help Me Find Ryan Lyke
Here is the most recent timeline, best I can tell:
November 2022: According to his ex-girlfriend, he moved out of the house they shared in the River Place neighborhood of Austin, Texas.
Mid 2023: Ryan Lyke was living at 700 N. 4th Street, Apt. 2605 in Phoenix, Arizona in a rented apartment.
October 19, 2023: He was still in the Phoenix area. I know this because he signed some papers there on that day.
I don't know for sure where he has been since.
I haven't checked all the cases to see where they all stand. I did notice that Gardner v Lyke resulted in a default judgement against Ryan Lyke for about $40,000. (There are eight different law suits against him that I have found - I didn't check for the latest on all of them.)

I wish I knew more so I could help, but what you have listed here is the latest I know, some of which came from the skip tracing done by my attorneys. I thought it was interesting in the notes from the attempts to serve Ryan in my case, they noted a Maserati was seen in the garage. So frustrating when all I wanted was a modest addition to my home and instead he walked away with $40k of my money and hasn't had to answer for any of what he's done.
I'm sure one of those cars we paid for with the money he scammed us out of and the mess he left us with.
Ryan Lyke was last tracked to Phoenix
The law suits against Ryan Lyke are now too many for me to keep track of them all. He has seemingly scammed everyone he can: customers, general contractors, subcontractors and lenders.
Here is a new law suit from a new lender: Case number CL22001274-00 in Henrico Circuit Court in Virginia. A small business lender didn't get paid back. The court is in Virginia, likely just because the lender has operations there, not because Ryan Lyke has been there. There is also a new law suit against Ryan Lyke in Austin: Travis County, 261st District Court, Case number D-1-GN-24-002431.
There was an eviction case against Ryan Lyke in Phoenix last year (Case number CC2023126039 El Centro Justice Court).
I have no new information on where he might be. Late last year he was in Phoenix, and that is the last I know.

One person estimated that Ryan Lyke scammed people in the Austin, Texas area out of at least two million dollars between 2021 and 2022, before being run out of town by lawsuits and collections in late 2022.
Ryan Geoffrey Lyke might use usernames like ryanglyke or ryanlyke. He has so many people pursuing him now, I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to change his name or identity.

To properly serve someone in Mexico for a Texas lawsuit, you must first ensure the legal documents, specifically the petition or complaint and the citation or summons, are accurately translated into Spanish by a qualified legal translator. Next, you need to obtain the official citation or summons directly from the Texas court clerk where the lawsuit was initiated. Finally, you'll need to complete the "Request for Service Abroad" form, which is available on the Hague Conference website and is trilingual in Spanish, English, and French.

I think he is in California, near Los Angeles. His girlfriend has posted pictures on her FB account of stores in Malibu (KITH) and West Lake Village (Tifa Chocolate & Gelato). These are posh places.
